Jacob

Little Hero Jacob spent most of the first year of his life at the hospital. He is an incredible boy who continues to show determination and strength. Jacob and his family are also one of the many families in the program that speak primarily Spanish - which adds another layer of challenge for his parents. Nasir

Nasir is a Little Hero was not supposed to smile, blink, cry, sit-up, or make it past 18 months of life. But Nasir has defied all the odds and overcome those obstacles. And his shining personality is starting to show. View Nasir’s full story in the video below.
